Check-in
You can check in either with the Camping-Car Park app or with a Camping-Car Park access card. Simply follow the steps below to access the motorhome site and enjoy your stay in Singen.
Check-in via the app
- Download the Camping-Car Park app and register.
- Select the ‘Singen Hohentwiel’ pitch.
- Retrieve your personal PIN under ‘Access’.
- Enter your PIN at the machine when entering the site.
- Enter your personal details in the app.
- Please ensure you have sufficient credit on your account to pay for your exit.
Check-in with a card
- Purchase a Camping-Car Park card for €5 from the welcome machine (valid at all Camping-Car Park pitches).
- Top up your credit at the machine.
- Hold the card up to the black card reader at the barrier – the barrier will open automatically.
- Have your card ready when exiting. Please ensure you have sufficient credit.
Enjoying your Stay?
If you would like to spend more time in Singen, extending your stay is easy. Here you'll find all the information about automatic extensions, availability and the Camping-Car Park app.
- Simply stay in your pitch, your stay will be extended automatically.
- If the site is fully booked, you will be notified by email.
- You can only extend your stay via the app if you have booked the Pack Priviligé.
Need electricity during your stay?
Every pitch has access to electricity, which is included in the overnight fee. Follow the instructions below to activate the power supply and find helpful tips in case of any issues.
- Electricity is included.
- The power points are activated by entering your PIN or by holding your Camping-Car Park card up to the reader.
- You will need to re-enter your PIN or use your card again after 24 hours to extend the session.
- If the power supply is overloaded, please wait approximately 15 minutes and try again. If the power point is still not working, please reduce the power load on the point.
Fresh water supply and disposal
The supply and disposal point is located outside the site and can be accessed using a PIN or card.

- Please complete the form in the email you received after entering the car park.

- Simply select "Singen Connect" in your Wi-Fi settings to get connected.

- Please dispose of your waste exclusively in the bins provided at the motorhome site.
- Access to the waste disposal facilities is via your card or by entering your PIN.
- Please ensure you sort your waste correctly.
- Glass recycling bins are located in front of the car park entrance.
- Please leave the site clean and tidy.
